While i've been using DD-wrt myself for quite awhile, i'm still unsure about how to do advance configuration (traffic shaping and etc). So, i've purchased for him a buffalo WHR-300N router and going to flash it to DD-WRT. While they company has no qualms letting them use the internet line, the torrenting and constant downloading has caused other users (office workers) to be unable to use the line at all as all the bandwidth has been taken up. They've just recently installed streamyx line for the office (timber production factory in melaka) and it seems that the foreign workers (china workers) are using that line to do torrenting (either bt or xunlei). My dad recently asked me to help him look into his office networking situation. Need some advance help from dd-wrt gurus.
